2. Personalised Meal Planning
Meal planning can be taken to the next level with AI. I can enter specific goals I'm trying to achieve (calories per serving, macronutrients, etc) and food preferences. I have nut allergies and some of kids don't like spicy foods so AI helps me find meals for all of these parameters.
3. Motivation & Accountability
We all have days where we can lose focus and motivation. 4Word.ai knows the leaders I look up to and can find words of motivation and wisdom that hit the right balance of inspiration and drive to get me going.
