I used this AI Assistant to not only plan meals that worked within my calorie target but would be easy to make and enjoyed by the whole family.
2. Productivity & Happiness Expert
It may sound weird but being more efficient & happy in other areas of my life makes it easier to make better food choices and keep healthier habits. I'm very much an emotional and stress eater so removing as much of that I can in life, the more likely I'm going to eat better.
3. Personal Trainer & Motivation Coach
Working with a personal trainer AI helped me work on fitness goals beyond just losing weight. Having an AI assistant as a motivation coach helped me receive inspiring words that I felt were highly relevant to me.
