If you've read "Atomic Habits" you know that one of the best ways to maintain good habits is to track your progress. AI and automation platforms help to make measurement easier. These are the top 3 ways I use AI and automation to track my goals.
1. Use a Task App that integrates with all your devices & platforms
It's difficult to track goals if you're not writing them down. So first step, use a task app that's available across all the platforms you use so it integrates easily into your life. I use Todoist and highly recommend it.

2. Get ChatGPT to analyze my performance
Go to 4word.ai and attach a file to analyze any data you want. It could be weight loss, work data, saving plan. Running it through an AI tool can help to identify patterns and recommend things to stop, start or continue to continue towards your goal.
