To clarify, I'm not suggesting starving yourself or skimping on healthy, nutritious meals for 29 days of the month. Here's how to do it. 1. Meal plan for 30 days There's not much difference between meal planning for a week and a month. The major difference is that many of your meals in the latter half of the month would be freezer-friendly. The earlier part of the month you would dedicate to fresher ingredients. >> Build a meal plan for 30 days. Include meals that can be prepped and eaten fresh or easily frozen. Don't include a recipe for each meal but each meal should be under 400 calories each. >> 2. Streamline grocery shopping Meal planning for a month also means being strategic and smart about grocery shopping. It will mean one big shop. Use AI to plan this out and consider having this grocery list being delivered to you. >> List the ingredients from the recipes in the previous step as a shopping list. Format in [format] to be easily imported in [preferred task app]. >> 3. Leverage your freezer You would not be able to do this without a freezer large enough to store a month's worth of meals. Think casseroles, curries, burritos >> I'd like to meal prep & cook online once a month. Having nutritious freezer meals is important in this goal. Suggest at least 10 meals that can easily prep and are ideal to be frozen. They should be able to last at least 30 days in the freezer. Provide calories for each suggested meal and portion size. >>
